ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Telemetry Data Coordinator to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.

The Telemetry Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of telemetry data from the SCADA system, and supporting data-related tasks across sales, service and support departments. This role involves the collection, processing, and troubleshooting of telemetry data for reporting, and ensuring reports are sent in a timely manner to various areas within ANA, end-users and customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

In your day to day, you will support operations and management of the telematics/SCADA system. You will help to ensure our team provides the highest quality support to our customers by utilizing the remote monitoring system, telemetry data reporting, and communication with other departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that telemetry data and related information is accurate and complete, and up to date. You will ensure all information is organized and readily accessible. This position requires attention to detail and organization, excellent typing skills, and a commitment to data integrity. You will provide administrative support to the telemetry/SCADA and service and support teams.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 - 5:00pm.

This role reports to the Telemetry Scada Specialist. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Maintain and manage telemetry- related data storage systems, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible. Assist in implementation of data management procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity. Monitor data systems for errors or inconsistencies and perform necessary corrections
• Data Reporting: Prepare and generate telemetry-related reports based on department and company needs. Collect various data from SCADA system and other sources and ensure accurate input into databases. Validate and clean data to maintain high-quality datasets. Perform regular data entry and update tasks to keep databases current
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for telemetry data-related issues and troubleshoot database problems. Assist in the development and implementation of new data management tools and software. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with various departments to understand their telemetry data needs and provide necessary support. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure telemetry/SCADA information is up to date, and needs and requirements are met
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of proven experience required in a data coordinator or similar role
• Proficiency in database management systems (Microsoft Access & SharePoint)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with SCADA, telematics, or fleet management databases is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A customer-focused approach and a willingness to assist clients
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Organizational and time management skills
