We are looking for a Talent Sourcer.

Your main tasks will be:

• Utilizing various sourcing strategies, platforms, and tools (such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards) to identify and engage with potential candidates, main focus on Business Functions (Marketing, Finance, Product etc);
• Conducting thorough candidate searches using boolean search techniques to effectively narrow down the candidate pool;
• Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles;
• Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities;
• Managing and tracking candidate pipelines and ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process;
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize candidate attraction;

We expect from you:

• Experience: minimum of 6 months of experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role within the digital industry;
• Boolean Search Techniques: Proficiency in utilizing boolean search techniques and the ability to effectively compose boolean queries to enhance candidate search accuracy and efficiency;
• Sourcing Platforms and Tools: Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools commonly used in the industry, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards;
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates;
• Proactive Mindset: A proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to detail, to ensure all sourcing activities are carried out meticulously and effectively.
