Temenos - Senior Consultant

This role is a high-impact consulting position focused on delivering complex core banking transformation programs across enterprise financial institutions. You will lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives within large-scale banking environments. Acting as a key advisor on both functional and technical aspects, you will help clients evolve their core systems and optimize operational performance. The role requires deep expertise in banking platforms, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to operate across multi-vendor, global project teams. You will work on mission-critical programs such as core banking migrations, digital transformation, and payments modernization. This is a remote-first contract opportunity within a fast-paced, regulated financial services landscape.

• Lead and support end-to-end delivery of core banking transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and migration activities across complex enterprise environments.
• Drive functional and technical expertise across core banking modules, including deposits, lending, payments, treasury, and accounting, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Manage and contribute to large-scale projects such as core banking modernization, platform upgrades, and digital banking migrations, ensuring delivery within scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams, providing leadership and coordination across technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Apply structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure consistent governance, execution, and reporting across project phases.
• Support integration design and execution, including interfacing methods such as APIs, web services, and banking messaging frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to clients, ensuring best practices are applied across banking system architecture and implementation.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in banking technology implementations, with strong exposure to core banking systems and enterprise transformation programs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Temenos T24, including end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of core banking modules such as deposits, lending, payments, treasury, and accounting processes.
• Solid understanding of T24 architecture, including TAFJ/TAFC environments and integration methods such as OFS and web services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate effectively in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale delivery environments.
• Experience applying structured project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to operate in client-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as Temenos or PMP are considered an advantage.
