HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Document Imaging Specialist is primarily focused on the scanning and proper assignment of incoming documents that are received by mail, fax or email. This position requires an individual that possesses a high degree of attention to detail, is organized, and holds strong analytical and data entry skills. The ideal incumbent will have previous knowledge of document scanning, document management, and standard imaging guidelines to ensure documents are properly imaged, stored and routed.

• Review and research documents for completeness
• Scan documents and verify quality of digital images
• Input key metadata fields within the imaging system
• Assign documents to the proper internal department
• Effectively communicate and utilize sound judgement to escalate issues that may require intervention of the Senior or Team Lead
• Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

• Associate's Degree
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable
• Ability to type, enter data and perform other duties quickly and accurately
• Work independently and be proactive seeking additional work when time allows
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
• Be proactive and analytical, able to problem-solve and propose resolutions
• Ability to meet established department service levels
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Proven ability to multi task and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain the highest quality of service
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience with a document imaging system or content management system (i.e. Laserfiche) preferred
• Previous experience with scanning equipment preferred
