HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
As a team member within the Enterprise Priorities Program Office (ePPO), the Sr Project Manager will assist with the daily management of the identified enterprise priories that have been approved and budget by the ELT. This role will work across the enterprise in support of the various priority owners and project leads to ensure alignment, coordination and that milestones are being met. This role will interface with several business leads and technical partners and must develop strong working relationships with all resources to ensure successful execution. This position requires the ability to understand and help envision how these priories align with enterprise strategy while maintaining an acute eye on execution fundamentals.

HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

- Be able to track, monitor, and report on realized project value, spend, and status at a summary level that will be provided to the ELT on every two-week cycle
- Participate in the evaluation and project prioritization process, including the review of business cases, cost/benefit analysis, ROI, and related materials
- Monitor appropriate controls and governance structures to ensure on time, on budget, and quality delivery of enterprise projects
- Create, maintain, and manage the review and approval of standard project documentation including, but not limited to: Charters, Scope, Technical Requirements and Specifications, KPIs, Risks, Issues and Dependencies
- Distill detailed project content to consumable, summary level reporting.
- Drive awareness where opportunities to change impact financial investments, and influence decision making
- Ensure rigor and adherence to governance across the organization
- Holistic issue resolution with full stakeholder engagement
- Other duties as assigned
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to operate effectively and easily transition between strategic and tactical initiatives and assignments
- Must be a self-motivated, able to manage complex cross-functional
- projects with minimal direction
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience preparing, presenting, and maintaining content that is reviewed by executive leadership
- Financial and analytical acumen
