This role is with a digitally native, direct-to-consumer clothing brand established and headquartered in London.

They are looking for an energetic and collaborative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their Creative team on a 2-3 month contract. This role will cover a diverse range of brand and growth marketing projects where you will lead designs for a range of media including emails, paid and organic social, web, and print. You will also be concepting and developing the visuals for collection launches and sales campaigns. Reporting into the Creative Lead, you will work closely with the Brand and Growth Marketing teams, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects across the company. You will have a keen interest in branding and digital, and it is essential that you are a strong team player with an eye for detail, able to perfectly translate the brand visual identity into design.

Responsibilities:

1. Evolve the design aesthetic to keep the brand engaging and relevant

2. Work on all aspects of the company's design output, including creating digital and print artwork, assets, and templates

3. Concept and design print and digital assets for creative campaigns, collection launches, and sales

4. Work on e-commerce UI optimization with the Web Development team

5. Evolve and develop packaging designs

6. Design and convert concepts into print-ready artwork for their retail store and window displays

7. Design and build weekly BAU (Business As Usual) and campaign emails using Ometria

8. Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency at all stages

Requirements:

• Design degree or equivalent with 3-4+ years of experience in a creative environment

• Experience within a digitally native brand (preferable)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Enthusiastic, passionate about design, and have a great eye for detail

• Excellent typography, design, and layout skills

• Knowledge of online/digital media processes

• Experience in motion graphics, animated digital ads, and social media

• Ability to follow and deliver on a brief, and a desire to expand concepts adding your own unique stamp to the process

• Creative mindset, idea generation, and visualization skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

• Flexible, highly organized, and time-efficient

• Interest in sustainability and the fashion industry is a plus
