Our product is pretty unique in the sense that it’s highly customizable - this means it can be used for simple use cases but also more complex use cases. We need someone with a wide range of understanding of all use cases to recommend and customize the best path for new users.

You’ll help customers unlock their potential and raise the standards when it comes to productivity.
 
This role requires a candidate/agency, panning across various industries, to develop ClickUp templates based on their experience and expertise in these groups. This is to ensure that the templates are efficient and effective for specific business needs. 
 
A simple workflow is required to make this successful:
  • The candidate/agency will create and share the use-case based templates,
  • Document requirements and translate them into "How-to-Guides"
  • The templates will go through a QA process, and feedback will be provided to the Template creator on any changes that may be required.
 
These Templates will be made available for ClickUp customers in the ClickUp Template Library.
 
THE ROLE
  • Ability to clearly take requirements and translate them into solution designs
  • Build and deliver templates to empower ClickUp customers to increase usage and expand user adoption
  • Architect and build solutions to embed ClickUp in our customers' business workflows, including potentially unique, customer-specific solutions
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements to a non-technical audience.
  • Build strong relationships to understand their needs and ensure their success with ClickUp.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Located in the Philippines
  • Eligible to work full-time hours
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT/Computer Science/Marketing
  • At least two years of experience supporting customers via multiple communication channels in a technical environment, SaaS Customer Support or Customer Success
  • Strong knowledge of standard help productivity platform solutions is a plus!
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the design and implementation of custom solutions using the various collaboration software functionalities and features
  • Experience in SaaS handling technical issues including an explanation of SaaS product functionality and how it would solve the presented problems
  • Core Competencies
    • Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to evaluate, identify the concern, and take action for further escalation when required
    • Attention to detail: Ability to probe for and analyze data to identify the best course of action; has great documentation skills
    • Ability to scope requirements: Ability to fully comprehend and scope out requirements and develop solutions
    • Ability to deliver in tight timelines: capability of developing and delivering solutions on schedule
    • Technical skills: Ability to troubleshoot, replicate issues and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
 
BONUSES
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success manager, implementation manager, technical project manager, technical account manager, or technical consultant, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/IT/Computer Science/Marketin
  • Experience in SaaS, PPM software, or collaborative work management (CWM) tools such as Monday, Wrike, Planview, Changepoint, CA, Mavenlink, Workfront, etc.
  • Experience with Process Development and Improvement, Change Management, and Process Optimization specific to:
    • SaaS implementation, Professional Services or post-implementation support
    • PMO work; Project Management/process development/Process Mapping & improvement
    • Business Process Operations, Cause and effect analysis
    • Change Management, Digital Change Transformation
    • PM methodologies Waterfall, SCRUM, SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework), Lean Six Sigma, Kanban
    • Experience in dealing with Product/Dev Ops/QA and Testing Teams
