As a Temporary Candidate Experience Associate you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how future teammates experience the hiring process at DraftKings. Sitting on the Talent Acquisition Operations Team you'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews and elevate every candidate interaction. From scheduling to providing real-time support you'll be the go-to partner for creating a smooth engaging and well-orchestrated journey from start to finish. This is a fast-paced high-impact role that helps us deliver an exceptional hiring experience at scale.
What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to seamlessly schedule phone and virtual interviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process ensuring every interaction reflects an outstanding experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the candidate journey and improve processes for the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Support interview debriefs and communication between recruiters hiring teams and interviewers to keep decisions moving forward.
- Contribute to team projects and process improvements that strengthen Talent Acquisition operations and elevate the overall hiring experience.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of professional experience including internships or co-ops that showcase your drive to grow.
- A passion for people with Human Resources or recruiting experience as a strong plus.
- The ability to thrive under pressure balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills that help you build strong partnerships across teams.
- A customer-first mindset always delivering exceptional service with professionalism.
- Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail that keeps work accurate efficient and impactful.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 26.40 USD - 33.00 USD plus bonus equity and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range and how that was determined during the hiring process. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
