Addison Group's client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Arlington, Virginia! The ideal candidate will have life-cycle recruiting experience

Job Description:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties
  • Review and source candidates, utilize job boards, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, track onboarding, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met in a timely manner
  • Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates
  • Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs
  • Manage candidates via applicant tracking system
  • Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and managers
  • Provide data and hiring reports as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant recruiting experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
