Temporary Creative Project & Traffic Manager, Americas (1-Month Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a temporary Project & Traffic Manager to fill in as the supporting engine for our Americas Creative Team. This role will lead our go-to-market drive, helping the creative team deliver projects brilliantly and at pace.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of creative projects through Asana, working across departments and reporting to the Creative Director. While you may or may not have a creative background yourself, you are well versed in managing internal and external creative teams and have an eye for good creative work.
Responsibilities:

• Manage creative projects, including design, copy, video, and photography, from brief intake to delivery
• Work with team of regional project managers to ensure the correct teams are assigned to projects
• Create project plans, including milestone and task targets to keep projects on track and on budget
• Ensure creative team transparency by clearly and regularly communicating project statuses to stakeholders
• Prioritize projects based on impact
• Support creative team operations, including processes, file management, and billing
• Manage creative workloads and advise on when additional freelance support is needed
• Deliver media assets to appropriate recipients

Essential Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience running creative projects in an in-house or agency environment
• Experience working in project management software, bonus points for experience with Asana
• A collaborative spirit
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong professional relationships
• Detail oriented
• Ability to scale processes as the creative demands grow
• You're tenacious in getting things done - nothing stops you when you get going
