About the role
Angi is the established leading platform in fulfilling cleaning and handyman fixed price services for customers across the US, and is now focused on improving customer and pro experience by optimizing scoping. As a Temporary Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying the key information that must be provided by customers to ensure Pros can complete a job, analyzing historical data and conducting research to improve customer questionnaires.
This will be a short term temporary assignment for up to 2 months. The position will be remote and require candidates to work a 40 hour work week. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $20-$25.
What you’ll do
- Review booking details in our internal system(s), working to understand why bookings weren’t completed
- Analyze historical data, identifying customer and pro pain points that can be addressed through an improved questionnaire
- Conduct qualitative research on Angi’s services to determine what information needs to be captured for Pros
- Develop new questionnaires with the help of our broader team, creating impact and value across Angi’s business
Who you are
- Possession of High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline/ service level sensitivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Has access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions
- Reliable access to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
