Temporary Research Coordinator

The UX Research team (UXR) cultivates a deep understanding of our customer, delivers actionable insights, and helps define the strategic opportunities for our product teams through qualitative and quantitative research methods. We ensure we build the best user experience with confidence to help Lattice remain successful.

We’re looking for a Research Coordinator to handle the end-to-end participant recruitment process for research requests. This includes working with stakeholders to understand participant criteria, conduct participant outreach, administer screeners, scheduling, and manage incentive distribution. The expectation is that this role will require approximately 10 hours of work per week for 2 - 3 months time.  

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end participant recruitment process for research studies.  This includes screening candidates, scheduling, communicating with participants before and after the study, and ensuring they are compensated, and maintaining a database of research participants.
• Take notes during research sessions on occasion.
• Work with our Researchers on the inbound research requests and develop an understanding of their needs and the participants they’ll need.
• Organize participant information in various documentation types.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational or recruiting roles.
• Experience in administrative duties, project management, process improvement, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with some ambiguity.
• Passion for effective and timely internal and external communication across tools and audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple projects with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
• You are familiar with a variety of Research tools.
• Comfortable sending emails to various audience sizes.
• You have experience working with a Design and Research team

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $50 - $55/hour. This position is not eligible for incentive stock options.
