Tenant Experience Coordinator
CSC Station Wilmington, DE
Monday-Thursday 11 to 8 pm
Friday 8 to 5 *or as business needs dictate
Fully onsite

CSC Station is actively seeking a friendly, analytical, and detail-oriented person to be one of the faces of our organization. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence. - Foster "spontaneous" interactions that help member companies grow
- Promote new initiatives and expand our memberships
- Plan events
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure everything is in top working order
- Involved in community outreach
- Provide a smile and energy to members and visitors
- Community management
- Create a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfaction
- Espouse CSC Stations values
- Plan and launch community initiatives to create connections between members of different organizations like member introductions, run networking events, and manage communications within the space and through digital vehicles.
- Seek out information about the business and personal objectives of tenant organizations and their individual members and co brand them
- Foster a sense of inclusivity where fresh ideas are welcome
- Be knowledgeable about our membership contracts and guidelines. Explain these policies to members, as necessary.
- Assist new member onboarding and member moves
- Events planning and execution
- Build a calendar of co-working events that engages all stakeholders:
- Members: Educational (e.g., lunch/learns) and appreciation events
- Local community: Identify outside organizers to use our event space
- Manage to the allotted budget
- Oversee events, from catering to the check-in process to cleanup
- Build a calendar of co-working events that engages all stakeholders:
- Business development
- Conduct tours for prospective members
- Contact the local press and community leaders to generate interest
- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors
- Facilities and space management
- Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members
- Maximize uptime and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, social cafe, printers/copiers
- Keep members aware of facilities issues that may impact them
- Make recommendations on new features or perks that will entice members
- Submit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment
- Ensure cleaning is conducted at the highest level
- Be aware of member safety and emergency preparedness
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
- 2+ years' experience in either a sales or customer service role
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Can embrace technology and willing to learn
- Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications
- Experience managing corporate social media campaigns
- Experience with written content generation in a business environment
- Passion for Delaware and our entrepreneurial community
- Fluent in English. The ability to speak the additional language is a plus
- High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability
