What You’ll Do

As a Tenant Experience Manager at lulafit, you will be managing on-site amenities and hospitality services at a commercial office building. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop collaborative partnerships, create and launch new programs, and enhance the overall tenant experience. You will also be accountable for helping to develop our processes, programs, and people to ensure we achieve our goals.

How You'll Do It

  • Oversight of tenant satisfaction and engagement Foster client relationships with corporate partners in the building
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the fitness center, conference centers, and other amenity spaces
  • Host and support meetings and events for tenants in amenity spaces. including but not limited to set up, catering, and A/V
  • Oversee and manage part-time Fitness Manager to ensure smooth operations in the fitness center, including onboarding, scheduling, and on the job training
  • Manage and stock pantry service for tenants
  • Plan and execute regular tenant engagement events
  • Develop partnerships with local vendors for events
  • Manage registration, execution and follow-up
  • Oversee marketing strategy of all programs and offerings to tenants of building
  • Create materials such as tenant newsletters, special promotional materials and signs
  • Drive activation through marketing outreach and partnerships with tenants in the building
  • Grassroots efforts to prospect external bookings within amenity spaces
  • Accountable for site budget and presenting monthly financial reports
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with building management to review success metrics

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality or wellness industry
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications
  • Group fitness certification(s) preferred but not required
  • Previous experience creating budgets and reading P&L reports
  • Proficient in Google suite and MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
