Tendering Department Trainee

Join Schneider Electric Bulgaria for an exciting 6-month internship program! We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Tendering Team.

You will participate in the creation of our technical offers - analyzing customer requirements, preparing budgets and technical specifications. You will communicate to customers, and will assure timely submission of offers. Do not worry - it will all happen gradually! You will definitely acquire an understanding about our portfolio of products and solutions and will see how an international company works.

What will you do?

• Analyze customer requests and translate them into technical proposals and commercial offers
• Assist in preparing budgets and technical specifications for equipment
• Collaborate with sales team members and other quotation centers
• Engage directly with customers and contribute to negotiations
• Identify technical and contractual risks and ensure timely submission of offers
• Support the internal offer approval process and accurate costing management

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Pursuing an Engineering Degree, preferably with a focus on Energy or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of electrical design; familiarity with electrical design software is a plus
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong PC skills, especially in MaS Office
• Interest or knowledge in MV & LV Electrical Switchgear is advantageous
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously
