At phData, our Territory Directors play a strategic role selling innovative data engineer and data services to help the modern data stack. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your proven experience managing strategic industry partnerships to drive solutions with key customers (both technical and business stakeholders). This role demands a successful track record navigating complex sales cycles, a deep understanding of the data landscape, and proven experience building strategic relationships with customers and partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build partner relationships, and execute lead generation activities to grow market share within large, enterprise accounts.
- Partner with industry leading tech giants Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and Tableau as well as other partners in the Snowflake ecosystem to sell transformative data services and solutions
- Partner with Solutions Engineers and Service Delivery teams to ensure customer and phData success
- Overall accountability for the phData brand to your accounts, including all sales, delivery and overall customer success for accounts with your region
- Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers and decision makers
- Forecast revenue, articulate account updates and update management and marketing on competitor intelligence
- Exceed quarterly and annual objectives in an enterprise technology services sales
Qualifications:
- 5+ years selling complex IT Solutions and professional service engagements for data driven solutions (Data Analytics, Cloud Data Services, Machine Learning, Data Science, Managed Services or Digital Transformations)
- Partner relationship management experience with technology partners in the modern data stack including Snowflake, AWS, Fivetran, dbt or similar
- Proven experience implementing strategies to grow and nurture strategic partner relationships
- Successful track-record as a top-performer who consistently outshines your peers and exceeds sales and service targets for complex technology projects
- Consultative Sales Experience; you effortlessly build relationships using a consultative sales approach; customers see you as a trusted advisor and rely on your abilities to help them make good decisions
- Possess a strong business and technical acumen with the ability to drive thought-provoking intellectual exploration with customers referencing peer success stories (story telling) and complex use cases is highly preferred
- Previous experience working with high-growth data services or data-focused technology company is preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
- Available up to 25% travel
