Corvus is looking for a Territory Manager to continue to improve upon our success in expanding the product lines with both new and existing strategic relationships in the West Coast market. In this role, you will own and drive revenue by acquiring new business and managing relationships in your territory.
A successful candidate will be comfortable with technology, have the ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and be prepared for travel. That includes the ability to communicate new technology solutions to intermediaries at large commercial insurance brokers as well as end customers who may find some technology to be a challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies to continue growing business in the assigned territory while also maintaining renewal business
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities in Cyber Liability and Tech Errors and Omissions product segments
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, specifically retail commercial insurance brokers
- Sign up new brokers to the Corvus proprietary software platform (CrowBar)
- Conduct broker training and presentations on CrowBar and Corvus insurance products
- Coordinate and schedule broker entertainment, including but not limited to marketing events, lunches, dinners, sporting events, concerts, etc.
- Work with underwriters and brokers to resolve any issues that may exist such as customer service, policy wording, claims handling, broker relations, etc.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience preferably in cyber insurance, technology or financial services
- This position requires up to 40% travel
- Deliver excellent customer services by responding promptly to broker queries
- High communication capability with good written skills and excellent verbal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in teams
- Adhere to company policies and practices; If they don’t work, suggest an alternative
- Be well-liked and have a positive attitude

We believe in paying equitably for performance. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and geography. Please note that the salary range that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only. The base salary range for this position is: $107,500 - $117,500 subject to final approval. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
