We're looking for a seasoned Territory Manager who knows the oil & gas space and is ready to lead strategic growth across a high-potential territory. If you've built your career on consultative selling relationship-building and exceeding seven-figure quotas this is your opportunity to join a company that matches your ambition.
As a Territory Manager you'll be the face of Enverus to oil & gas clients-delivering solutions that directly address their most pressing pain points:
- Asset valuation uncertainty? You'll show how our analytics bring precision to portfolio management.
- Limited visibility into market activity? You'll demonstrate how our platforms uncover actionable intelligence.
- Manual workflows and inefficiencies? You'll position automation as a competitive advantage.
Performance Objectives
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in minerals royalties and private equity
- Deliver high-impact demos that align with client pain points and strategic goals
- Manage a robust pipeline and forecast with precision using Salesforce
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term client value
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and contribute to territory expansion strategy
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS or energy tech
- Deep understanding of the minerals and royalties value chain
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals of $500K+ annually
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships
- Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify whitespace and drive growth
- Self-motivated coachable and comfortable operating autonomously

This role is eligible for: Commission
Salary Range: 60000 - 70000 base salary/ 60000 - 70000 commission USD
Skills Required
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in SaaS or energy technology
- Deep understanding of the minerals and royalties value chain
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals of $500K+ annually
- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement tools
- Salesforce experience
- Strong consultative selling skills focused on long-term client partnerships
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to deliver high-impact demos aligned to client pain points
- Self-motivated coachable and comfortable operating autonomously
