Outside Sales Associates own and develop existing customer relationships and develop new customers in assigned markets. They provide superior service to Craft33 customers in person and via phone, the Famous Way. Outside Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials and solutions they need, where they need them, when they need them so they can complete their job. The Outside Sales/Cabinet Designer will focus on promoting Craft33 products to kitchen and bath dealers, builders and remodelers within the Famous Supply footprint.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Promote Craft33 cabinetry products to customers
• Be available for customers to support their needs
• Travel to customer shops and job-sites
• Generate new business
• Grow existing business

Required Experience and Skills

• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Cabinet design experience (ProKitchen, 20/20) 
• Cabinet knowledge/experience
