Territory Sales Manager

ROCKWOOL is seeking a bilingual Territory Sales Manager – Florida and Export, preferably based in Orlando or Tampa, FL, to join our team. We look for a true professional with high energy and a proven track record of success in the building materials industry. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Maintain existing business and expanding ROCKWOOL’s position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector in the territory
• Develop and nurture robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including but not limited to insulation and building material distributors, retail/LBM locations, builders, contractors, and architects
• Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned area
• Achieve established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget

What You Offer:

• 4+ years of sales experience in Building Materials/Construction Industry
• Understanding of the commercial construction process, with residential being secondary
• College degree
• High drive, commitment, energy and integrity
• Strong presentation, training skills and effective time management
• Professional communication – both written and oral
• Strong computer skills – MS Office and CRM
• Local travel with ability to travel overnights up to 50% of the time
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
