This role is focused on driving commercial growth and market expansion within the orthodontic and dental solutions space, managing a defined territory with strong revenue ownership. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key dental professionals, distributors, and opinion leaders to strengthen product adoption and brand presence. The position requires a proactive sales mindset to identify new business opportunities and convert market potential into sustainable revenue streams. You will collaborate closely with marketing, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service strategies. The role combines field-based customer engagement with strategic territory planning and market intelligence gathering. It offers a dynamic, target-driven environment where relationship-building and clinical value creation are key to success. You will play a direct role in enabling better clinical outcomes through innovative orthodontic solutions.

Accountabilities:

Drive territory-level sales growth by promoting orthodontic products and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and product mix targets.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets across products and services within the designated territory.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive demand generation and market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), orthodontists, and dental professionals.
  • Map territory potential and support the development of new accounts and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service delivery.
  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholders to support business planning.
  • Requirements:

    Strong experience in sales and business development within medical devices, dental, or healthcare-related industries, with the ability to manage territory performance and stakeholder relationships effectively.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery, Pharmacy, Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 5–7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with 2–3 years in medical devices or dental industry preferred.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive, field-based environment.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging healthcare professionals and KOLs.
    • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and result orientation.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
    • Ability to work with agility, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset.
