Territory Sales Manager - Specialty Products
Job Description
Fluidra is looking to employ an achievement-oriented and experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to achieve sales goals, effectively manage their territory, and grow Specialty Product category sales by calling on swimming pool builders, remodelers, service professionals, retailers, and distribution prospects within our Southeast territory, covering the states Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina.
This candidate will be required to log and update all activity, as needed, within Salesforce.com and will regularly submit sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager. TSMs will also keep abreast of the latest industry trends and determine the potential impact on company products and services.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
To be successful as a Territory Sales Manager, you must be able to work in a dynamic environment and exercise strong leadership skills. A TSM will also demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Additionally, you will:
- Travel throughout the assigned territory, presenting Specialty Products and programs to all channels within the swimming pool industry.
- Prioritize all prospects and customers and develop sales approaches to meet or exceed company sales goals.
- Build strong business relationships with all key personnel in the region; to promote goodwill and to improve the efficiency of all business transactions.
- Conduct effective in-person sales presentations to prospects and customers to promote existing and new products.
- Provide timely follow-up on all leads and issues to boost sales and advance the company’s market reputation.
- Meet or exceed all territory sales budgets.
- Become proficient with the company CRM system (Salesforce.Com).
- Provide weekly and monthly written reports as required by management.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Attend trade and distributor events to promote company products and services.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Sales Representatives in your territory/region to achieve sales quotas.
- Monitor and report on competitor sales activity within assigned territory.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager with at least 3 – 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.Com.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the assigned region when necessary.
EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
