Test Analyst

What You'll Do

Analyst will work with on-shore Lead/Manager and off-shore testers. Analyst will be doing 25% Lead work and 75% testing. Sr. Analyst will be the backup for the on-shore Lead/Manager when they are out of the office. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Attending Daily status calls with off-shore

• Creating and sending Daily status reports to managers

• Assisting off-shore testers with questions or issues

• Review Defects created by off-shore testers

oValidate defect meets documented standards

oVerify all needed details are include

oAssign to appropriate triage group or tester

oReview defects daily to make sure they are getting worked

• Writing and executing test cases

• Maintaining a date move environment for test case execution

• Peer to Peer Reviews of test cases

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

• QA experience

• Insurance knowledge/experience

• Ability to read and comprehend Test Requirements in multiple formats

• Ability to communicate with developers and business analyst on a technical level

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office applications

• Automation Testing - 1+ years experience

• Guidewire experience is a plus

• Azure DevOps experience a plus

• Appian Experience a plus

• Knowledge of Control-M processes a plus
