Position Description
US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

CGI Federal is currently looking for a Sr. Test Engineer with active Top-Secret/SCI clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Test Engineer will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment, utilizing a variety of skills and languages in a fast-paced, cutting-edge setting where their input can enhance processes and team interactions.

This position is based in Washington DC.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Engage with clients, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work closely with design & product teams to create test cases and test plans.

• Perform manual and automation testing.
• Identify and address risks within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in software development, or related discipline
• 8 years of test engineering experience.
o Git source version control
o Jira project management
o Static Application Security Testing (SAST, e.g. SonarQube, Gitlab SAST)
o Unit and integration testing (e.g., jest, mocha, chai)
o Automated testing
o End-to-end testing

▪ Cucumber

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300.00 - $168,900.00.
