What Youll Do

As a Test Automation Lead at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to:

• Set up Test Management Framework
• Implement Test Best Practices
• Lead Testing Projects through all phases of software test life cycle

Minimum education qualification

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Methodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation
• 10-12 years of Software testing experience setting up test management framework, implementing testing best practices and leading testing projects through all phases of software test life cycle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience working with Oracle Application testing suite including hands on experience using the test automation portion of the suite
• Experience working with offshore teams is preferred
