Job Description:

1. Proficiency in using TDM CA tools to create and mine test data, as well as the ability to automate data generation to test scenarios rapidly.

2. Must have experience working with Data Sub-Setting.

• 3. Must have experience in the Test Data Management

  4. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

  5. Analyse source data and map to client's standardized mapping interface.

  6. Developing and executing a long-term strategy for enterprise test data management

  7. Estimating testing-related tasks, analyzing testing requirements, designing and developing supporting tools, testing, and implementing TDM processes and solutions

  8. Identifying the Type of Data required for Software Testing

  9. Creating consistent and repeatable processes to support multiple functions, such as identifying and masking test data for different applications and refreshing/updating test data as needed

  10. Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations

  11. Provisioning data for QA testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing.

  12. The ability to identify inefficiencies in the test data and optimize it to improve the testing process by creating scripts or using other methods.

  13. Familiarity with data masking techniques to protect the company’s reputation and users’ data by preventing harmful data breaches.

  14. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

  15. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  16. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

  17. Managing competing resources and priorities.

  18. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

  19. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  20. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

  21. Excellent documentation skills.
