Responsibilities

• Studying product spec/testing capacity/coverage and make sure testing fulfill UI R&D
  requirements and adjust product tests for cycle time reduction without quality issue.
• Determines the test process and develops test specs based on the manufacturing
  process.
• Review test plan based on test process and update it when it needs and upload to
  Portal. Set-up test environment, and execute tests independently.
• Review production yield, do summarization and feedback test result and output issue
  list & sync up with RD in time.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance overall quality;
• Make project successful in NPI and MP stages and launch product in a timely manner.
• Working closely with internal CM team, PM, TE, PQE, PE, LAB, QC etc to ensure all
  units been tested properly.
• Responsible of FCD version management and release to CM.
• Testing related troubleshooting and analysis at first place co-work with CM.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5 years work experience in field like telecommunication, router, switch, Access Point, consumer electronics or IoT products such as smart home gadget or wearable products.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610
• Can work independently without the need being micromanaged.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills.
• Good team working attitude, willing to learn new things.
• Be positive, proactive, self-motivated and diligent;
• Proficient in using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
