Essential Responsibilities:

• Profile applications for performance improvements, Analyze code and suggest best practices from performance standpoint.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of performance problems.
• Responsible for analysis of performance results and measurements and the reporting of those results back to project teams, development teams, management, and business stakeholders.
• Understand the requirements for performance of all applications in scope and makes recommendations for infrastructure capacity planning.
• Improve resiliency of applications/systems by emulating latency and extreme conditions in performance environments.
• Performance deep dive of JVM/CLR analysis to examine garbage collection, thread and heap dumps etc.
• Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards. Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong Knowledge on programming languages such as Java, Python, Graphql, Rust.
• String knowledge on using CLI or PowerShell, Preferred Azure CLI & PowerShell.
• Proven experience working with database technology such as MongoDB, Cassandra.
• Working Knowledge on JVM tools like MAT, Thread Analyzer.
• Proven experience working with cloud technologies such as Azure(AKS) Preferred, AWS, or any public cloud.
• Strong Working knowledge with tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.
• Experience on debugging using monitoring/APM Tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK/Kibana, Azure Management tools.
