Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems is seeking a Test Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Manufacturing organization in Linthicum, MD. The Test Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) will direct the team of technicians, engineers, support organizations, and vendors that currently support the RF test equipment and environmental systems used to test our deliverable RF modules and systems.

Salary Range: $109,100.00 - $163,700.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay. Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems is seeking a Test Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Manufacturing organization in Linthicum, MD. The Test Equipment Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) will direct the team of technicians, engineers, support organizations, and vendors that currently support the RF test equipment and environmental systems used to test our deliverable RF modules and systems.
The Test Equipment IPT Lead:
- Will have direct responsibility for the availability of the tools to support the successful on time completion of the production hardware that runs through the area
- Will manage the budget and charging associated with the equipment, direct technical teams to resolve issues and develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Will be responsible to communicate equipment and issue status to support production scheduling and report to functional management and relevant program offices.
- Will be self-motivated, highly organized and detailed oriented, proactive, responsive and have an internally generated "sense of urgency".
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years related experience or a Masters with 4 year experience or 9 years experience in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and/or an equivalent experience in the any of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software and Manufacturing operations.
- Prior experience as an active member or lead of a multifunctional team requiring coordination and communication across various disciplines and management levels.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret level clearance is required. (US Citizenship is a prerequisite).
- Interim secret level security clearance is required to start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Secret level security clearance is preferred.
- Experience with RF and or environment test or test equipment
- Prior technical project management experience
- Manufacturing Experience
