Test Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced senior Test Engineer who has strong end-to-end (E2E) testing capabilities and is willing to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform. 

What is your role?   

• Responsible for establishing and implementing a risk-based end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy, tailored to the needs of our e-commerce platform 

• Collaborating with product teams to identify and ensure the right test coverage for all relevant features and flows 

• Creating test scenarios, preparing appropriate test environments and ensuring correct configurations (devices, browsers, test data) are in place to simulate real-world user conditions 

• Leading E2E testing efforts for complex, multi-functional projects including test execution, issue analysis, defect management and reporting to stakeholders 

• Collecting test metrics and improving test coverage continually to enhance efficiencies and software quality  

• Driving quality awareness and maturity within the organization to the next level together with your colleagues from the QA team  

Your team 

Kramp's QA/QC team consists of more than 15 internal and external highly motivated professionals from different backgrounds who all share the drive to bring software quality to the next level.  
Your colleagues work on projects but they also assist product teams. They can bring their own ideas and make them happen. Also, they spend time as a team to work on QA/QC/QE related improvements our organization can benefit from, based on a holistic software quality perspective. 

Who are you?   

• Have 8+ years of testing experience with at least 3 years in a relevant senior testing position with significant end-to-end testing experience 

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology or something similar 

• Certified in ISTQB or TMap, at least the foundational level 

• Strong understanding of risk-based testing methodologies and ability to apply them in a fast-paced development environment 

• Extensive experience with different testing types such as ST, SIT (in particular E2E),UAT 

• Hands-on experience with test environment management, including setting op test configurations 

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA) 

• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams 

• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including business and suppliers of varying seniority 

• Fluent in English 

Preferably you also have: 

• Experience with e-commerce platforms based on micro services  

• Hands-on experience with testing ERP order management systems 

• Experience with testing of SaaS solutions 

• Affinity with test infrastructure and performance testing
