Opportunity Overview
We're looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our team and take on responsibility for all production test development efforts for a family of Banner products. You'll define requirements, design fixtures, and develop software; you'll also work with production personnel to debug manufacturing issues and optimize test system performance.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Plymouth at our corporate headquarters at Highways 169 and 55.

What You Will Be Doing• Collaborate with product development teams to formulate production test strategies• Develop, update, and maintain test software in TestStand and LabVIEW• Identify and document test system requirements and development plans• Design and debug software and electronics• Update designs of legacy test systems• Stay current in best practices and new methods, products and test systems• Occasional travel to remote production facilities as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other similar field of study

Preferred• National Instruments software (i.e., LabVIEW, TestStand)• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role• Object-Oriented programming• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good organizational and communication skills• Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects• Ability to travel up to 5% to our remote production facilities• Support of manufacturing
