The BMS test team is seeking a motivated, experienced Test Engineer Intern to provide support to our BMS group located at ADI's San Jose location. The Intern will provide support to 5 Senior and 1 Junior Test Engineers in the BMS group. The Intern will have opportunity to work on both software and hardware for testing BMS devices in both an engineering and production environment. It will be a great hands-on learning experience to compliment the Interns formal education!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Help test engineer debug test hardware and software
• Help test engineer draw schematics
• Help test engineer process test data using Excel
• Help test engineer to generate test documentation
• Help test engineer to simulate a test circuit in LTSpice
• Help test engineer to collect data on tester and analyze

Minimum qualifications

• Entering Junior year in college working towards an Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline such as Electronics Engineering degree
• No experience needed - just strong motivation

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of C and C++
• Working knowledge of op amps, RC circuits, and being able to understand simple schematics
