Test Engineer (Labview)

We are looking for Test Engineer in Bangalore who will focus on Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Engineer will work to support design engineering in developing test applications and data processing for product development, programs for customer tools and production support. This person will spend some time with our Senior Test Engineer to better understand the tools we use. This person will also work with the business unit to setup all production test stand files for non-standard part numbers, which will be inclusive of writing ECO's and tracking them through the system.
 

Requirements

• LabView development environment (Version 15 or later)
• Understanding of Labview framework / architecture & how to do it
• Ability to read existing code and implement same style
• Microsoft Office - Ability to work with Excel, Word and Power point

Preferred Experience (Ideal, not required)

• Experience in connecting / communicating to equipment
• Experience with Perforce
