Test Infrastructure Intern

The Test and Diagnostics team at Zoox builds the manufacturing test solutions for delivering high-quality components on the manufacturing line for use in our purpose-built autonomous robotaxis. The team comprises of hardware and software specialists along with generalists who write test programs using Python and bash, build server infrastructure using Python and JavaScript and come up with innovative solutions to thorny manufacturing problems. As a test infrastructure intern, you will help build the infrastructure that powers the manufacturing test activities at Zoox. You will be expected to start, develop and finish a project that includes building both frontend and backend components.

Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g Python, JavaScript, SQL)

Experience building simple applications using web technologies (e.g REST APIs, Python Flask/Django, SQL)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500 . Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
