Test Lead

We deliver fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations and change management to ongoing AMS services and support.

We currently have two contract opportunities for an experienced Test Lead to work on side for one of these projects:

Opportunity 1: immediate start until app. April 2025 - Brisbane based S/4HANA project

Opportunity 2: January until app. May 2025 - Perth based S/4HANA projects

As the Test Lead, you will ensure SAP solutions improve quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purposes. You will ensure that all test effort activities are effectively completed and carried out in accordance with agreed test guidelines. This role requires experience in large SAP transformations and understanding the BPOs, it is not a technical test role.

Skills required

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Test Management with in-depth understanding of SAP implementation and testing methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
• Experience in testing across Agile projects with the ability to adapt and deliver optimal results.
• Communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with customer and delivery partner to establish and maintain robust professional relationships.
  
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders.

Both roles require a local incumbent, and remote work is not available.
