Minimum Qualification:

• Total experience of 5+ years in software testing industry.
• Skills required - QA, Automation, Selenium, Java, Scrum, Jenkins
• Insurance domain knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry field (Required)

Job Description

• General Insurance Domain experience is a must
• should have exposure to automation scripting and execution
• Preferably Guide-wire, duck creek on policy side
• Line of business - Home and Auto (Property, Casualty & Workers Compensation)
• E2E Knowledge in life cycle - on Policy Creation, Renewal, Reserve Transactions, Payments
• Strong experience in Agile delivery model, expert knowledge in RALLY
• Hands on support for E2E sanity/critical defect fix retests
• Knowledge and exposure to DevOps concepts and workflow
• Able to work independently to provide end to end testing solutions and work with different LOB and integration system
• Experience executing complex project in lead capacity
• Multi-vendor experience would be helpful to have
• Build and derive test strategy, estimation, reporting and metrics and root cause analysis reports
• Apt knowledge on Test Management, Defect Management/Lifecycle, Test Panning & Estimation
• Very strong Test Lead/Manager with minimum 10+ years of experience is required

Skills

• 15+ yrs. QA experience candidate with 10+ yrs. of lead exposure
• Very Strong Test Lead handled complex program implementation
• Hands on experience on test management tools like Rally, ALM and Jira
• General Insurance domain with Property & Casualty and Workers Compensation is a must
• Experience in building QA metrics and building root cause analysis reports
• Background on automation (java/Selenium)
• DevOps knowledge
