Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Infotel UK Consulting, part of the Infotel Group, is a dynamic technology consulting firm that partners with businesses worldwide to enhance their IT processes and systems. We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

As a Test Manager, you will oversee the entire testing lifecycle, from planning to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, establish testing standards, and mentor your team members. Your leadership will be key in driving process improvements and ensuring best practices in software testing.

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with test management software such as Jira, ALM, or similar
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective testing strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ISTQB certification or relevant qualifications are preferred
