We are looking for a new colleague in the Engineering department at our location in Lafayette, Indiana

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and track test content
• Lead and own all testing-related engineering activities within the sub-project testing
• Responsible for the sub-project engineering deliverables are delivered in time, cost and quality according to thesub-project milestones
• Represent the project to stakeholders (test domain, customer, quality and parent project)
• Act as technical customer interface
• Recommend maturity level and allowed usage of products based on test results
• Support release and gate reviews done first time right on time
• Ensure sub-project staffing for the engineering resources
• Initiate systematic problem solving and hand-over to identified problem owner
• Report sub-project sdatus to stakeholder and escalate to the right level and track
• Develop test strategy andestimate effort of test activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electronic, mechanic or similar discipline
• A minimum of 3years of automotive engineering experience- preferably vehicle testing or lab testing.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in embedded software development preferred
• Training and experience in applying methods forTesting of Embedded Systems in Automotive (Advanced) preferred
• Requirements Management andProject Management experience preferred
• Knowledge ofAutomotive SPICE, ISO 26262 preferred
