At Vantor you’ll work with the U.S. Space Force as part of the effort to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW) Tactical Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (TISR) and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Within this role you will lead the planning integration and execution of system-level test and verification activities across development integration and transition to operations. You will ensure that the United States Nuclear Detonation Detection System (USNDS) ground segment meet performance reliability cybersecurity and operational readiness requirements prior to operational acceptance and sustainment. Your functional expertise communication and collaboration skills and attention to detail will be vital as you contribute to the acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.

Qualifications:
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
6+ years of experience supporting large-scale national security space missions in systems engineering integration or test
5+ years of experience leading or supporting system-level test programs for DoD space or ground software systems
Experience developing and executing integrated test strategies across developmental test (DT) integration test system test and operational test (OT)
Experience with verification and validation (V&V) requirements traceability test readiness reviews and operational readiness reviews
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering cybersecurity operations and sustainment
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs and milestone reviews
Knowledge of systems engineering life-cycle processes including requirements development integration verification validation and configuration management
Ability to communicate clearly and provide senior leadership with objective readiness assessments and risk insights
Preferred Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in a STEM-related field
Experience leading agile software programs or test campaigns for agile software programs
Experience supporting ground segment integration tests
Ability to work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment
Experience with test automation modeling and simulation or digital engineering environments
Clearance: Secret
The position will require at least 2-3x per week on site. Meetings/schedules may require more days on site.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors including but not limited to the experience qualifications knowledge skills geographic work location and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience qualifications knowledge and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
● The base pay for this position within California is: $104000.00 - $151800.00 annually.For all other states we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles and as such each location where we hire may have a different range.
