Test & Software Engineer (m/f/d)

What to Expect in Your Job 

You will be part of an agile team that develops mechatronic pump systems from the initial idea to production. 

You will strengthen our team in product qualification by continuously expanding and improving our state-of-the-art test infrastructure for automated testing. 

You will bring your experience in test management, test benches, hardware-in-the-loop approaches, fieldbuses, and possibly frequency converters. 

You will coordinate collaboration with international, internal, and external service providers around product qualification. 

You have a deep system understanding of the product and participate in the development of international and interdisciplinary teams, contributing to product qualification and acting as the interface between software, firmware, hardware development, and mechanical design. 

You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in many areas, such as test automation, app testing, data monitoring, software solutions for test setups, production support, and app development. 

What You Bring 

• Master's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable education. 
• Experience in object-oriented programming (C# / Java). 
• Ideally, experience in programming test automation frameworks for MIL/SIL/HIL tests (dSPACE / Matlab / LabView, NI systems, CODESYS, SIMATICS). 
• Proficiency with common software development tools (e.g., CI, VCS systems, issue trackers, and test case management). 
• Familiarity with standards and norms for product qualification. 
• Enthusiasm, agile and self-reliant working style with a hands-on mentality. 
• Teamwork and good communication skills. 
• Open personality with excellent communication skills in German and English.
