Role and Responsibilities

- Performs technical tests and experiments for Test and Process engineering within R&D.

- Performs set up of processing and Test equipment. 

- Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. 

- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. 

- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

- Able to communicate basic English language.

Qualification:

- Higher Diploma Graduation

- 0-4 years experiences in optic or electronic company

- Understand manufacturing process especially on Splicing, soldering machine, module assembly

- Understand system and concept

- Understand yield monitoring, yield improvement and kaizen concept

- Understand on problem solving with engineering sense
