To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes

Test Support for FCT (Functional Circuit Test) equipment, yield monitoring, repair and maintenance of fixtures, attention to line stoppages and restoration of downed equipment as well as feedback on failure rates to require actions in the process areas involved.

What a typical day looks like:

• Must possess an understanding of fundamental electrical and mechanical PCBA testing procedures.
• Working knowledge of power systems, power circuit breakers, and circuits.
• Must be able to correctly use tools and testing equipment including Meggers, digital multimeters, Hi-Pot testers, ohmmeters, primary & secondary injection sets, etc.
• Working knowledge of computers, software systems, and data collection.
• Must be able to work under pressure and on a dynamic schedule.
• Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for monitoring and management purposes.
• Resolve test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
• Trains and instructs floor support, test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.
• Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.
• May develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Actively search for innovative technologies or procedures in the PCBA test sector.
• Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
