What is the role?

We are looking for a Test & Test Automation Lead to determine test strategies in testing processes in our software development lifecycle, manage and maintain test automation infrastructure, create software quality dashboards, develop processes that can measure software performance, transfer knowledge to the teams they work with and work as a team player.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Work with testers to support development processes, manage performance and quality focused testing processes and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Plan, create and execute test strategies and test cases for software development projects.
• Create and manage manual testing processes,
• Identify and implement process improvements in test methodologies.
• Review and validate requirements and technical documentation to ensure testability.
• Oversee automation frameworks and ensure consistent test coverage.
• Ability to execute performance, load and stress tests and evaluate results.
• Possess theoretical knowledge of security testing and manage security testing processes of external companies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality standards.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their technical and analytical skills.

We are looking for a passionate talent who has:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in quality assurance or test engineering, with a focus on automation testing, and proven expertise in software project management and software product development processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Proficiency in API testing and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, K6)
• Expertise in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using tools like JIRA, Xray.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A commitment to learning, teaching, and continuously improving QA practices.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
