Location: Remote

We are seeking a Tester to join our team to support the testing of UI application that monitors the DRAAS virtual data centers/networks infrastructure. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in functional, regression, section 508, and automation testing for web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document test scripts to conduct functional, Regression and end-to-end Testing of the applications.

• Document defects and work with developers for remediation and retest.

• Document test results for incorporation into the Requirements Traceability and Verification.

• Participate in sprint level ceremonies, user story reviews and design implementation sessions.

• Effectively communicate test results with project managers, developers, and business analyst during, daily stand-up meeting.

• Identify test cases eligible for automation and convert manual test cases to automated scripts using Selenium Web Driver.

• Use manual inspection techniques, assistive technologies, and automated tools for 508 Compliance testing of websites for Section 508 Compliance.

• Develop and execute automated scripts for validating the web applications for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 guidelines.

• Conduct regression testing and update testing reports to manager.

• Create User Guides for the front end of applications.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Three (3) years of experience in manual and automated testing

• Two (2) years of automated test case creation using Java, Selenium and TestNG.

• Two (2) years of experience in 508 compliance testing

• Experience with the Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience with collaboration and tracking tools, such as JIRA, Confluence and TestRail.

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Ability to write clear and concise test plan, test cases and related documents

Residency Requirement:

• Must have lived for at least three out of the previous five years residing in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

Education:

• Seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of expertise with automated testing frameworks and tools
