This role

In this role you are responsible for the commercial success of the treatments you represent in the field within the geography you cover.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage great customer experience: Ensure the understanding and execution of the relevant Customer Journey & Experience strategy and tactics of the GBU within your area.
  • Implement and regular monitoring of the individual customer journey by leveraging the cross functional team work with customer support, COE's ; HQ
  • Work with HCPs to remove barriers to prescription at the account/regional level.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to create long-term partnerships and identify customer needs.
  • Stay up-dated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolio - work in close collaboration with local market access team to support market access activities.
  • Study and be updated on respective therapeutic area data
  • Collaborate in brand team to provide bottom-up input on needs, share insights and learnings, as well as leverage global and NE materials, resources, campaigns, and initiatives that support and drive customer engagement
  • Adhere to the policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity.

Technical skill
  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales with specialty care portfolio
  • Scientifically savvy and focused
  • Clear understanding of omnichannel engagement
  • Deep understanding of customers and accounts
  • Requires deep understanding of TA, product(s) and competitor landscape

Other
  • Externally focused field-based role
  • Travelling is expected in order to visit and engage with HCPs/KOLs across the country as well as attending scientific events
  • Having a network of customers within therapeutic area is preferred.
  • Travelling also required for internal country, Nordic or NE meetings and to international congresses
