Therapies Support Staff (Casual)

On-Call Therapies Support Position -Must be able to work 1 weekend per month. Weekend shifts are half days, and weekday shifts are full days. Weekday availability during the summer months and holidays is needed. Morning and afternoon shifts only. This position is based at the main St. Paul location at 205 University Avenue East.

Compensation & Benefits:

The starting rate of pay is $19/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay just one part of the compensation package for employees. Major Challenges:

• Manages shifting priorities in a dynamic environment to ensure timely and effective response to patient and organization needs.
• Completes of a wide variety of administrative and clinical support tasks, work direction from multiple staff/supervisors, frequently and rapidly changing needs.
• Communicates with numerous internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience using of Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly dynamic team environment
• American Heart Association BLS for HealthCare workers or obtained within 90 days of hire

Preferred:

• Advanced training/ education
• Experience in healthcare environment
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
