In this position
Design and shape the travel security and threat intelligence program, providing strategic analytical intelligence, informing the executive protection program and contributing strategies, tools, technology and expertise to partner programs (ie; travel, cyber security)
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Foster an atmosphere of collaboration and continuous improvement; and apply financial management and cost-effective approaches - to include assessment of service providers and vendors - to department programs and projects
- Manage a team of regional and global intelligence analysts and their assessments of risks and threats to Company people, assets and reputation
- Build a great team; hire, motivate, and foster an exceptional and inclusive workplace, compliant with laws, regulations, and Company policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide guidance to team members regarding the production of intelligence reports and threat assessments. Conduct Intelligence Briefings to executives and/or stakeholders
- Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels
- Utilize experience in project management to develop and monitor project and program metrics and milestones, working with owners toward continuous improvement and communicating business goals and strategic priorities
- Manage the support of resources for interdepartmental initiatives and projects associated to Travel Security, Executive Protection, Investigations, Manufacturing and Commercial Security, Cyber Security and GTAC
- Administer numerous global threat databases, archives, travel tracking systems, intelligence feeds and dynamic data
- Flexible work schedule, able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
You'll have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, criminal justice, intelligence etc.)
- 5+ years working experience in risk intelligence, investigations, threat analysis, business intelligence/analysis, crisis management, or business continuity
- 4+ years leading projects and working with cross-functional groups
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
