Tibco Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tibco Developer based in India.

This role focuses on designing and delivering robust enterprise integration solutions that connect complex systems across business-critical environments. You will work with Tibco BusinessWorks and related middleware technologies to build scalable APIs, messaging workflows, and system integrations that support high-volume enterprise operations. The position involves close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions. You will play a key role in integrating SAP and other enterprise platforms while ensuring performance, security, and stability across systems. The environment is highly technical and fast-paced, with strong emphasis on reliability and production support. This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical integration layers that power core business processes.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and other Tibco middleware products.
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade APIs, web services, and middleware components supporting critical business applications.
• Develop and consume SOAP and REST APIs to enable seamless system-to-system communication.
• Implement integration flows using Tibco adapters, including SAP IDOCs and SAP integration frameworks.
• Design messaging and event-driven architectures to support scalable and real-time data exchange.
• Support complex enterprise integrations including mainframe systems such as RV Substation environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco integration tools.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware architecture, and messaging systems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing SOAP and REST-based APIs.
• Strong experience in SAP integration, including SAP IDOCs and SAP Adapters.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and enterprise messaging frameworks.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues in distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Good documentation skills for technical specifications and integration design.
• Good to have: experience with Apigee, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and cloud/hybrid integration environments.
