Ticket Office Representative (Las Vegas Arenas)

THE JOB:

As a Ticket Office Representative, you set the stage for the guest experience by providing exceptional ticketing services that go beyond their expectations for with MGM Resorts Arenas & Mid-size Venues events.

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets and process ticket orders for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions in a professional manner
• Interpret and operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with accuracy
• Utilize and balance a cash drawer and ticket sales with various tender types
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• (6) six months of customer service experience that involved cash handling
• Describes themselves as a positive team player with critical thinking capability
• Skilled in multi-tasking between various responsibilities
• Comfortability with standing long periods of time

THE DETAILS:

• This is an on-call opportunity – hours vary upon event frequency, including weekends & holidays
• The starting pay for this opportunity is $17.00 hourly
