Ticket Operations Coordinator
Job Description
High Point University seeks a full-time Ticket Operations Coordinator to be responsible for all ticket operations of the High Point University Athletic Ticket Office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience and Training:
- Experience working in a ticket office.
- Prior experience with Vivenu or other computerized ticketing system.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to think and plan strategically.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and manage working evenings, weekends and holidays willingly.
- Ability to perform tasks on own initiative.
- Possess a working knowledge of the University’s programs and departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages all elements associated with ticketing for HPU Athletics events, including player pass list, media pass list, will-call and game day ticket sales
- Serves as the primary ticket office contact for all athletic events overseeing and supervising all ticket sales and customer service issues at ticket office windows during HPU athletic events.
- Oversees ticketing logistics including ticket printing, packaging and mailing.
- Oversees financial reconciliations for the Athletic Ticket Office. Responsible for processing daily transactions as well as reporting monthly and annual activity.
- Provides ticket sales and revenue reports as needed.
- Manages Vivenu Ticketing Software. This includes basketball season ticket renewals, seating allocation, season tickets for soccer, lacrosse and baseball and day of payment processing for all HPU Athletic events.
- Collaborates with Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets on seating for men’s and women’s basketball season ticket renewals.
- Manages basketball season ticket mailing and distribution process.
- Works with Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets to contribute to new season ticket sales efforts for Men’s and Women’s Basketball to increase both Panther Club annual fund and basketball season ticket revenue.
- Hires, trains and manages HPU Ticket Office staff including student workers and game day staff as needed.
- Actively engages benefactors in the University’s activities.

- Reports to Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets
